Description

The peptide shares 94% structural homology with native human glucagon-like peptide-1 (7-37) and incorporates three modifications: an α-aminoisobutyric acid (Aib) substitution at position 8 for dipeptidyl peptidase-IV (DPP-IV) resistance, an Arg substitution at position 34 to ensure single-site fatty acid conjugation, and a C18 octadecanedioic fatty diacid moiety conjugated at Lys26 via a γ-glutamic acid spacer and mini-PEG (aminoethyloxy-acetyl) linker enabling in vitro albumin-binding behavior.
