KissPeptin-10 is the minimal C-terminal fragment of the full-length kisspeptin-54 (metastin, encoded by the KISS1 gene) that retains binding interactions at the kisspeptin receptor KISS1R (formerly GPR54), a Gq/11-coupled GPCR, in research models.
