Description

KLOW is a synthetic peptide mixture combining four research compounds — extending the three-component GLOW blend (BPC-157, TB-500, GHK-Cu) with the α-MSH C-terminal tripeptide fragment KPV — for combined tissue biology, ECM remodeling, and NF-κB pathway research. GHK-Cu (C₁₄H₂₄N₆O₄·Cu, CAS 49557-75-7, 50mg) is studied for ECM gene expression modulation, extracellular matrix research pathway activation, and copper-dependent metalloproteinase regulation. BPC-157 (C₆₂H₉₈N₁₆O₂₂, 15aa, CAS 137525-51-0, 10mg) is studied for NO system modulation, VEGF/VEGFR2 signaling, and FAK-paxillin pathway interactions. TB-500 (C₂₁₂H₃₅₀N₅₆O₇₈S, 43aa, CAS 77591-33-4, 10mg) is studied for G-actin sequestration, LKKTETQ-mediated cell migration, and MMP expression modulation. KPV (C₁₆H₃₀N₄O₄, Lys-Pro-Val tripeptide, CAS 67727-97-3, 10mg) is studied for NF-κB signaling pathway inhibition, IκBα stabilization, and PepT1 oligopeptide transporter-mediated cellular uptake.

This blend is utilized in controlled laboratory settings to study combined peptide effects on cell migration assays, ECM component expression, angiogenic pathway signaling, NF-κB-mediated inflammatory signaling cascades, cytokine production modulation (TNF-α, IL-1β, IL-6, IL-8), and tissue biology models.
