Lyophilized peptides are very resilient to heat, up to 120°F. Out of caution, do not leave delivered peptides outside or in your mailbox for more than a day, to ensure full potency. Our guarantee does not cover peptides left in the heat for extended periods. Please track your shipment and be aware of your delivery date.
Domestic shipping rates
Precisely Peptides is a USA-based business: every order is packed and shipped from the United States, and we ship exclusively within the United States.
Black Label ships 2-Day Air, on us. If your order contains any Black Label product, the whole order ships free via 2-Day Air — there is no order minimum, and it applies to every item in that order, not just the Black Label one. 2-Day Air is the only method offered on those orders, so there is nothing to select at checkout.
International: we do not currently ship outside the U.S. Orders with international addresses are cancelled and refunded. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed; we are not responsible for carrier or weather delays outside our control.
From order to doorstep
Every order moves through the same four checkpoints:
Processing & cutoff. Orders placed Saturday or Sunday ship Monday. Orders placed before 2:00 PM Mountain Time on a business day usually ship the same business day; please allow up to two business days after payment confirmation (Mon–Fri, excluding federal holidays).
Lyophilized peptide vials ship with appropriate cushioning and temperature-controlled packaging where necessary. Every shipment includes product identification and lot numbers for your research documentation.
We ship via USPS and other reputable carriers. A tracking number is emailed once your order ships — if you don’t receive one within 72 hours, email [email protected].
Lost or stolen packages
Every order includes free Shipping Protection: if your package is lost in transit (no carrier scan for 14+ days, or carrier-confirmed lost), we reship or refund at your choice. Once a package is marked delivered we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages — post-delivery theft is not covered. See Shipping Protection →
Returns & refunds
We back every order with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee.
Return any unopened, factory-sealed product within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price — no restocking fee. Original shipping is not refunded and return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

3–5 business daysOrders may be cancelled without penalty any time before they ship. Once shipped, an order can’t be cancelled — contact us immediately if you need to cancel.
