Precisely Peptides Shipping Protection covers your order against loss or damage in transit.

Included free on most orders

Shipping Protection is included free on every order of $150 or more, and on orders from our Senior Researcher loyalty tier and up. For orders under $150, you can add optional Shipping Protection at checkout for 3% of your order subtotal. Coverage is identical whether your protection is free or added.

What’s covered

• Lost in transit: if the carrier confirms your package is lost (no scan progress for 14+ days, or the carrier marks it lost), we’ll reship your order or issue a refund — your choice.
• Damaged in transit: if your package arrives with damaged product (broken vial, compromised contents, evident shipping damage), we’ll send a free replacement. We provide a prepaid return label for the damaged product.

What’s not covered

• Packages marked delivered by the carrier but reportedly not received (“porch piracy” / post-delivery loss). Coverage starts at carrier handoff and ends at carrier-confirmed delivery.
• Refused deliveries.
• Incorrect shipping address provided at checkout.
• Damage that occurs after delivery (customer mishandling, storage errors).

How to file a claim

File within 30 days of the carrier’s expected delivery date. Use the Claims tab in My Account, or email [email protected] with your order number, a brief description, and (for damage) a photo of the damaged product. We’ll confirm within one business day and walk you through the process. Damaged-product claims require the damaged product to be returned before a replacement or refund is issued; we provide a prepaid return label.

This protection covers the physical product against shipping loss and damage only. It does not cover product performance, suitability for any particular research use, or any consequential damages. All Precisely Peptides products are sold for research use only and are not intended for human or veterinary use; this protection does not modify those terms.
