International: we do not currently ship outside the U.S. Orders with international addresses are cancelled and refunded. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed; we are not responsible for carrier or weather delays outside our control.
From order to doorstep
Every order moves through the same four checkpoints:
Processing & cutoff. Most orders ship within 24 hours. Orders are processed within 48 hours of payment confirmation, Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 PM MST or on weekends/holidays begin the next business day.
Lyophilized peptide vials ship with appropriate cushioning and temperature-controlled packaging where necessary. Every shipment includes product identification and lot numbers for your research documentation.
We ship via USPS and other reputable carriers. A tracking number is emailed once your order ships — if you don’t receive one within 72 hours, email [email protected].
Lost or stolen packages
Orders of $150 or more — and orders from our Senior Researcher loyalty tier and up — include free Shipping Protection: if your package is lost in transit (no carrier scan for 14+ days, or carrier-confirmed lost), we reship or refund at your choice. For orders under $150 without optional protection, once a package is marked delivered we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages — post-delivery theft is not covered. Returns & refunds

Unopened, factory-sealed products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — no restocking fee.
