Return any unopened, factory-sealed product within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price to your original payment method (original shipping charges are not refunded). No restocking fee. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility and should be sent via a trackable method — we are not responsible for lost return packages. Start your return from Claims & Returns in My Account — we review within one business day and email your return authorization.
30 days from deliveryEvery product ships with a Certificate of Analysis from an independent, USA-based, ISO/IEC 17025-accredited laboratory. If you have a product independently tested at a qualified accredited laboratory and it does not meet its COA-stated purity, we will issue a full refund, ship a free replacement, and reimburse your verified testing cost. Submit results within 30 days of delivery.

These remedies apply to orders covered by Shipping Protection — automatic for orders of $150 or more and for our Senior Researcher loyalty tier and up; orders under $150 may add optional Shipping Protection at checkout.

How to file a claim or return
Log in and open Claims & Returns in My Account, then choose Start a claim or return. For 30-day returns the form lists your eligible orders automatically (completed orders delivered within the last 30 days without an existing return); lost or damaged shipments use the same form. Once a return is approved you’ll receive a return-authorization email with your RMA number and the ship-back address — please use a trackable service. Checked out as a guest, or prefer email? Write to [email protected] with your order number, a description, and photographs where relevant. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Order cancellations
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund any time before they ship.
