Email Communications
What we send, and how to stop marketing email — without touching your order updates.
Last Updated: July 28, 2026
Precisely Peptides sends two kinds of email, and each is governed differently: order and account email, sent because you placed an order or hold an account, and marketing email, sent only with your agreement. This page sets out both, explains how that agreement is given and recorded at checkout, and states — first, before anything else — exactly how to stop marketing email without affecting the order updates you need.
1. How to unsubscribe
Every marketing email we send carries an unsubscribe link. You don’t need an account, you don’t need to sign in, and you don’t need to contact us first. Three routes; pick whichever is easiest.
Once confirmed, you’re out. Unsubscribing takes effect immediately and is permanent. We don’t quietly add you back: an unsubscribe recorded against your address is checked again every time you order, so placing another order will not re-subscribe you. No account and no recent email? Ask us to remove you by hand.
Scroll to the bottom of any marketing email and select Unsubscribe. That opens a short confirmation page — press Confirm unsubscribe to finish. The first click alone does not change anything (it is safe for mail scanners). The link is personal to you and needs no login. It is single-use and stays valid for 30 days from the date that email was sent — if it has been used or has expired, use a newer email or either option beside this one.
Two steps · no loginEvery marketing email also carries the standard List-Unsubscribe and List-Unsubscribe-Post: One-Click headers, so Gmail, Apple Mail, Outlook and others can offer their own one-click Unsubscribe control at the top of the message. That path really is one click from the inbox — no confirmation page. Using it removes you exactly the same way our footer link does after you confirm.
True one-click, from your inboxIf you have an account, open My Account → Email preferences and untick the marketing box. It saves straight away, and a later order can’t overwrite it.
Change it any timeYour order email keeps working. Unsubscribing stops marketing email only. Order confirmations, payment status, shipping and tracking notices, claims correspondence, lot and Certificate of Analysis documentation, and account or password messages continue for as long as you have an active order or account. Those aren’t marketing, so they can’t be switched off — you need them to receive what you bought.
2. What email we send
Two kinds of email leave Precisely Peptides, and they are governed differently.
Order confirmation and payment status, shipping and tracking notices, delivery and claims correspondence, product identification and lot numbers for your research records, and account or password messages. Sent because you placed an order or hold an account — not because you agreed to marketing.
Always sentNew product announcements, back-in-stock alerts for items you asked to be notified about, updated documentation, and occasional offers. Usually a few messages a month, never a fixed quota, and never someone else’s campaign forwarded through us.
Only with your agreement — stop any time3. How you agree, and where
When you place an order you tick one required box on the checkout page, titled Research use & policies. That single box is our research-use acknowledgment and our policy agreement together, and it carries the email agreement as its own sentence: “I agree to receive email about new products, back-in-stock alerts, and occasional offers.”
What ticking that box means. You confirm you are a qualified researcher or licensed professional purchasing for in-vitro laboratory research only; you agree to our Terms, Privacy, Shipping, Refund & Return, and Email Communications policies (this page); and you agree to receive email about new products, back-in-stock alerts, and occasional offers. You can see how to unsubscribe at any time, and unsubscribing has no effect on your order.
We record the date and time of that agreement against your order, along with a marker noting it was given through the required checkout terms. If you have an account, the first such agreement is also recorded against your customer record — and it is kept as it was: a later order never overwrites the original date. That record is what we rely on if you ever ask us where your address came from — and it’s what an auditor would look at.
4. We never sell your address
We don’t sell, rent, trade, or licence your email address. Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to other stores.
We don’t hand your address to anyone so they can market to you on their own behalf. Everything you receive from us comes from us.
They may not use your address for any purpose of their own. Separately, for advertising measurement we may send an irreversibly hashed form of your email address or phone number to TikTok and Google so our own ads can be matched and measured — never the address itself, and never for anyone else’s marketing. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy.
5. Ask us to remove you by hand
If a link won’t open, you no longer have the email, or you’d simply rather a person dealt with it, ask us and we’ll remove the address ourselves.
Write to [email protected] and say which address to remove — from that address if you can, so we can match it without asking follow-up questions.
1–2 business day responseWe confirm once it’s done and keep a record of the removal, so a later list update can’t quietly put the address back. You’ll still get order email for anything already in progress.
Recorded and permanentReminder. All products sold by Precisely Peptides are for legitimate in-vitro laboratory research use only and are not for human consumption. Nothing in our email is medical, veterinary, or therapeutic guidance. Precisely Peptides, LLC · www.preciselypeptides.com
